Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Elitesmark is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@elitesmark.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
