At Elitesmark, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at support@elitesmark.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EU Consumer Rights If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at support@elitesmark.com.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@elitesmark.com.
